We are transforming a vacant lot into an attractive and productive community garden. We will use the garden to bring the community together, improve the neighborhood, educate children about healthy food, and donate the food we grow to local charities to feed those in need.

This group was created for gardeners in the Fremont-Union City-Newark (FUCN) area but gardeners from other areas are welcome to join as well. The group will meet to talk about FUCN gardening, give each other FUCN advice, and help each other with FUCN projects. There may also be trips to FUCN garden events or attractions.
